I can not find the file after downloading:
It is difficult for us to be sure where you have saved the file. Try looking in your "My Downloads" folder or "Download" or "Recent Downloads" or "My Download Files" folders on your C: drive. The template file starts with "bL" and ends in .zip. If you are still unable to find the file, it is probably saved in the last folder where you downloaded a file from the web.
Solution:
Try downloading the template again and when the option to "save as" or "save" appears, select the folder that you would like to save the .zip file in.
